- Any injury resulting from the transmission or application of app content.
Your participation in our programs is voluntary and at your own risk.
PAYMENT TERMS
All in-app purchases made through the Crew Fitness app on iOS are governed by
Apple’s billing and subscription terms. Crew Fitness does not handle refunds directly for
these purchases.
If you purchase a subscription or service through our website, your payment may be
processed securely through Stripe. Any payment-related questions can be directed to
support@crew-fitness.com.
VARIATION OF TERMS
Crew Fitness reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the courts of Mobile County, Alabama.
